At AussieDresses.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
IN-STORE RETURNS
- Full-priced items may be exchanged or credited within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale & outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE RETURNS
- Store credit or exchange only for full-priced items returned within 21 days of order fulfillment.
- Online credits are valid for 36 months and can only be used on AussieDresses.com.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Sample sale items
- Accessories
- Shapewear
- Gift cards
HOW TO RETURN
- Submit a return request via our Returns Manager (linked here).
- Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Attach the return label (provided after approval) and ship back.
- Once received, processing takes 3 business days.
Faulty Items?
- Contact us within 21 days with photos for assessment.
- If confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for major failures.
- Repair or compensation for minor issues.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
- Afterpay/Sezzle: Payments cannot be canceled after return.
- Pre-orders: Non-cancellable; standard return policy applies.
- Inventory discrepancies: If unavailable, we’ll offer a substitute or full refund.
